Brighton and Hove Albion is commonly known as The Seagulls since being founded in 1901. Over its century-long existence, Brighton and Hove Albion has seen both triumph and tragedy.

Carl Rushworth has joined Championship side Hull City on loan, and the move is beneficial for both clubs. At 23-years-old Rushworth has had an excellent career so far, having made over 50 appearances above League One level. His experience will prove invaluable as Brighton adjust to life in English football’s premier division while it will also allow Rushworth an opportunity to build match fitness and confidence.

Doing so would make a substantial step toward climbing back up into the top half of the table or risk being dogged by relegation for yet another season.

Brighton finished 11th in the Premier League during 2023-24 and also competed in both FA Cup and EFL Cup competitions; unfortunately they both suffered early exits.
